| Objective This study aims to determine the prevalence of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) among desk workers and identify related risk factors. Material and Methods In this cross-sectional study, 528 volunteers (138 men, 390 women) who had been working in deskbased jobs for at least 1 year were included. Data were collected using a 17-item questionnaire covering sociodemographic characteristics, working conditions, lifestyle habits, and CTS-related symptoms. CTS was assessed based on clinical symptoms and physical examination (Tinel's and Phalen's tests). Risk factors were analyzed using multivariate logistic regression in SPSS version 25.0, with statistical significance set at p< 0.05. Results CTS was identified in 28.9% of participants.
