| Abstract |
| In this study was aimed to evaluate as general of the position of the agricultural employee as part of the main characters, matter and structure of the Labor Law. In study was argued to the causes at outside of the enclosure of the Labor Laws that is excluded to the important section of the agriculture employees in Turkey, and the relationship between the Labor Law with them as count of the characteristics of the agriculture and its employee. For this, it is composed to the under works of the study with the scientific studies about The Labor Law, agriculture and its employees.
