Özet
AIM: The aim of this study was to investigate whether professional incentives and participation in decision-making affected organizational commitment. METHODS: This cross-sectional study was conducted between November and December 2012 with 422 physicians assigned to a training and research hospital in Ankara. A study sample was selected, and an attempt was made to reach all physicians. As result, 650 questionnaires were distributed, 530 (81.5%) of which were completed and returned. A total of 108 questionnaires that were incomplete or completed erroneously were excluded for our evaluation. The remaining 422 questionnaire forms were evaluated within the context of this study.
