Özet
In this study, it was aimed to analyze whether autonomy and participative decision affects organizational commitment. The study has been cross-sectionally conducted from February to March 2011, in education and research hospital with 1200 bed in Ankara. 322 questionnaires were evaluated in scope of study. It was found that there was no meaningful relationship between organizational commitment and autonomy but there was a relationship between attending to the decisions together with emotional commitment
