| The Problem of the Study: Literature in terms of affiliation in medical institution was scanned and it has been observed that there were very few study in this branch. It hasn’t been observed that there was study about doctor’s opinions in terms of affiliation in medical institution in Turkey. That’s why sentence of study problem has been determineted like ‘’What’s the opinions of doctor’s about affiliation?’’.The Purpose of the Study: Revealing of doctor’s opinions about affiliation in Ministry of Health Ahi Evran University Education Research Hospital connected to Ministry of Health and evaluating these datas. Thus it is thought that this study will contribute to the literature.Method: This study essentially consists of the doctors working in the Education and Research Hospital of Ahi Evran University where is in the process of affiliation. The data collection activity within the qualitative field study of the work was carried out by in-depth interviews with the participants. |
