Özet
A study was carried out to determine the effects of various treatments (fat (F), tannic acid (TA), fat+tannic acid (F+TA)) on the in vitro dry matter (IVDMD) and in vitro organic matter digestibilities (IVOMD), and energy values of dairy compound feeds (DCF), grass hays and maize silages. The IVDMD of untreated DCF, 2F-, 2.5TA- and 2F+2.5TA-treated dairy compound feeds were 70.87, 67.13, 69.80 and 66.23%, respectively; these values were 46.37 and 52.39% for grass hays and maize silages, respectively. IVOMD of these untreated 2F, 2.5TA, 2F+2.5TA treated compound feeds, grass hays and maize silages were 69.81, 65.76 and 64.99%; 47.27 and 53.70%, respectively. Gross energy, digestible energy and metabolizable energy values of untreated, 2F-, 2.5TA-, 2F+2.5TA-treated compound feeds were 4382.5, 4486.4, 4431.6 and 4487.7 kcal/kg DM; 3059.4, 2950.3, 3054.3, 2914.3 kcal/kg DM and 2497.5, 2419.0 …
