Özet |
The present study mainly aims to determine the mediating role of social capital in the effect of distributive justice on organizational trust. In this respect, a quantitative research design was adopted in the study and the businesses operating in Yozgat province constituted the sample. A total of 406 individuals participated in the research, which utilized from convenience sampling method. The data were collected online and analysed through the Smart-PLS software, and a structural equation model was formed by using the partial least squares method. The results indicate that social capital has a mediating role in the effect of distributive justice on organizational trust. Distributive justice also has a significant impact on social capital, whereas social capital affects organizational trust significantly. The results suggest that a fair organizational environment increases trust, which is mediated by social capital. |
