| The US policy towards the Middle East has experienced significant changes and transformations, especially during the Republican Trump and Democrat Biden eras. This study aims to analyse the US policies towards the Middle East geography in these periods from a comparative perspective. The study analyses the relations of the US with important actors in the Middle East geography such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Türkiye; the policies of the US towards developments in the Middle East such as the Syrian Civil War and the fight against ISIS, the wars in Yemen and Libya, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during the Trump and Biden eras. The US Middle East policy is in constant transformation under the influence of global and regional dynamics. The Trump and Biden eras reflect different phases of this transformation and represent a process in which the US role in the region is redefined. Trump’s foreign policy, shaped by the ‘America First’discourse, has adopted an approach that questions traditional alliances and strengthens Israel’s position in the region. During this period, policies such as harsh sanctions against Iran, recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and unconditional support for Saudi Arabia came to the fore. However, these steps have increased instability in the region. Moreover, the Trump administration withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal (JCPOA) and implemented the ‘maximum pressure’policy to break Iran’s regional influence.
