Özet
When 19 860 anthers from 7 F1 hybrids were cultured in Potato-2 medium, 1.67% formed calli and/or embryoids. Some 238 green plantlets and 10 albino plantlets were regenerated from the calli and embryoids. Both callus/embryoid induction and plant regeneration were significantly influenced by genotype. Around 57.6% of the 66 plantlets studied for somatic chromosome number were spontaneous doubled haploids, and 41 of the 66 plants produced seed.
