| Özet |
| In this paper, the derangement polynomials of the second type and their generating function are defined. Subsequently, the incomplete derangement polynomials and numbers are introduced, and various properties are derived. Furthermore, the relationship between the incomplete derangement numbers and derangement numbers is demonstrated. |
