| Aim Coronary slow flow (CSF) is an important clinical entity that may cause anginal symptomatology, acute coronary syndrome or even sudden Its pathogenesis is complex, and previously, several hematological parameters were shown to be independently associated with CSF. Platelet mass is a novel platelet index showing bodily inflammation and thrombogenesis status. Our aim was to assess the relationship between PMI and CSF patients undergoing coronary angiography. Material and Methods Our study is retrospective and a total of 92 patients with CSF and 100 age-and sex-matched subjects with normal coronary included between June 2020 and October 2023.
