Özet |
In this research; the effect of spalling which was occurred during aerates concrete pouring, on reinforcement bond and compressive strength was investigated experimentally. In this study, Ø6 straight reinforcement aerates concrete floor panel which was produced appropriate to TS 453 was used. Samples taken from under, middle and above sides according to the spalling direction of aerates concrete were undergoing bond and compressive strength tests. As a result of bond test: samples taken from bottom, middle and top sides of aerates concrete mean shearing stresses was determined: 0.699 N/mm2, 0.337 N/mm2, 0.101 N/mm2 respectively. Mean compressive strengths of bottom, middle and top sides of aerates concrete was determined: 4.0 N/mm2, 3.8 N/mm2, 3.4 N/mm2 respectively. As a result of tensile test, mean yielding strength, tensile strength and strain percentages was determined 391.32 N/mm2, 667.18 N/mm2, and% 10.0 respectively. In view of the circumstances, middle and top sides were demonstrated low bond and compressive strength according to bottom side of aerates concrete. |
