Özet |
In this study, greywater reusability was investigated with UVA enhanced electrocoagulation process using aluminum and iron electrodes in a hybrid reactor. Optimum operating conditions were found as pH 7.4 and 3 mA/cm(2)for both electrode types with 1 g Na2SO4/L and in 40 min final time.Escherichia coli(E. coli), COD, turbidity, TSS, TN, TP and BOD(5)removals were found as 100, 88, 97, 62, 44, 98 and 88% with Al electrodes and 100, 79, 99, 80, 8.5, 98 and 78% with Fe electrodes, respectively. On the other hand, BOD(5)removal was efficiently enhanced using UVA irradiation for reclamation purposes of greywater. |
