| Purpose: Acute gastroenteritis is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in infants and children worldwide. In this study, it was aimed to determine the frequency of rotavirus and adenovirus positivity and retrospective evaluation of laboratory findings in pediatric patients admitted to our hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of acute gastroenteritis. Materials and Methods: In this study, stool samples and blood test results of pediatric patients admitted to Kırşehir Training and Research Hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of acute gastroenteritis between September 2018 and September 2019 were evaluated retrospectively.
