| Cooperatives, which are seen as one of the most important elements of women's employment in the economy, have made a significant breakthrough with the support of state policies and non-governmental organizations. Starting from this point, in this study; it is aimed to conduct research on the responsiveness of women's expectations in business and social fields through the examples of seven women entrepreneur cooperatives established between 2019 and 2021 in Kırşehir Province. In this study, interviews were conducted with semi-structured interview forms using the phenomenology method as a qualitative research method. The results of the research have shown that female entrepreneurs within the cooperative are intensely interested in housework, have various hobbies, have a social life outside the home, are largely independent in social and economic terms, and their quality of life has increased. |
