Özet
It is aimed to examine the relationship between static and dynamic core training with strength, speed, jumping and taekwondo hitting performance in 12-14 years old taekwondo players. One of the most important features is the determination of the research design. The population of the study consists of male and female athletes between the ages of 12-14 who have been active in taekwondo for at least 2 years at Trabzon, Türkiye. The sample of the study consists of approximately 30 athletes, approximately 15 female and 15 male athletes between the ages of 12-14, who voluntarily accepted to participate in the study. The data of the study were analyzed with SPSS 26.00 package program. Normality analysis was performed to determine whether the quantitative variables fit the normal distribution.
