Özet
Monetary policy is a demand-side economic policy used by a country's government to achieve macroeconomic objectives such as inflation, consumption, growth, and liquidity. It involves the management of money supply and interest rates determined by the central bank. The financial system, on the other hand, consists of financial markets, financial intermediaries, financial instruments, and the legal and administrative framework that facilitate the transfer of resources from economic units with surplus funds to those with funding needs. For the achievement of economic goals and the maintenance of economic stability, it is crucial to establish an efficient financial structure and ensure financial stability. The realization of the fundamental economic objectives of the government and central banks, as well as the achievement of economic stability, first requires the stabilization of the financial system.
