| Özet |
| The objective of this research is to examine whether there is a correlation between the levels of mindful awareness in teaching and occupational burnout experienced by primary school teachers. Additionally, the study investigates whether there is a statistically significant relationship between teachers' levels of mindful awareness in teaching and their occupational burnout, in relation to their demographic characteristics. This research is a relational survey study, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The universe of the study consists of 1,200 primary school teachers working in all public primary schools affiliated with the Küçükçekmece District National Education Directorate in Istanbul during the 2023-2024 academic year.
