| Let Omega is an element of L-s(Sn-1) with s > 1 be homogeneous of degree zero and hasmean value zero on Sn-1. In this paper, we will study the boundedness ofhomogeneous singular integrals with rough kernel on the local generalized Morrey spaces LMp phi{x0} for s(1) <= p or p < s. We will also prove that thecommutator operators formed by a local BMO function b and these roughoperators are bounded on the local generalized Morrey spaces LMp phi{x0}. |
