| Let Ω∈ Ls (Sn− 1) be a homogeneous function of degree zero with s> 1 and have a mean value zero on Sn− 1. In this paper, we will study the boundedness of homogeneous singular integrals with rough kernel on the local generalized Morrey spaces LM{x0} p, ϕ for s≤ p or p< s. We will also prove that the commutator operators formed by a local BMO function b and these rough operators are bounded on the local generalized Morrey spaces LM{x0} p, ϕ. |
