| In the present research, the chromosome number and morphology of Bellis L. species of Turkey were analyzed. The chromosomes number are determined as Bellis sylvestris Cyr.2n: 36, Bellis perennis L.2n: 18 and Bellis annua L. 2n: 18. The karyotype analysis of the investigated species are here reported for the first time from Turkey. © 2011 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC. |
