Özet |
This work is based on morphological, anatomical and ecological studies of Gynandriris sisyrinchium (L.) Parl. each flower of which is lasting only a few hours. The genus Gynandriris is represented by only one taxon, Gynandriris sisyrinchium (syn. Iris sisyrinchium) in Turkey. Anatomical cross-section of the root, stem and leaf of plant is studied and demonstrated. In this study it has been determined that the plant prefers clayeyloamy textured soil, poor in calcium carbonate, being acitic and containing varying amounts of organic matter being very rich in nitrogen. The plant grows on nonsaline soils. The analysis of some elements (N,P,K) was carried out in both above the ground and underground parts of this plant. In addition, analysis of chemical soil composition sample where the plant grows was carried out. |
