| Ahilik, a moral and socio-ecnomic organization, has been examined in this research which has been carried out as a literature review. Firs, it has been dealt with the relation of Ahilik with the terms fütüvvetçilik and lonca, next, the structure of Ahi organization as a system. The education system and the rules of Ahi organization in order to put up to raise perfect human beings in the name of morality, which has been dealt with in its historical development process have also been revealed. In addition, the controlling and punishment in ahi organization have also been discussed. |
