Özet
In this study 10 number of tree different, type of corner joints were prepared by first class yellow fir wood. First type of corner joint is grooved, the other type is 3 toothed, and the last type is 4 toothed. For gluing of samples Polivinilasetat glue was used. Compressive strength tests were performed on these samples.
As a result, samples having the highest compressive strength are groove type joint, then 3 toothed joint finally 3 toothed joint. Compressive strength's values for grooved, 3 toothed and 4 toothed joints are measured as 1,74 kg/cm(2), 0,89 kg/cm(2), and 0,80 kg/cm(2), respectively.
