Özet
The ability to raise individuals who can play an active role intoday's social and economic conditions is directly linked to thecompetitiveness of countries in the international arena. This situation;countries are looking for a model of education that will enable them tohave responsibilities, solve problems, develop decision-making skills,and think critically and innovatively. For this reason, curriculums aredynamic and are frequently revised or revised in accordance with thetransition and development cycle of the age. Primary school curriculaare a toolkit that enables the planned-execution of the learningteaching process at the elementary level of education. Primary school isthe education level that accommodates many disciplines. It is essentialto provide students with knowledge and skills related to basicdisciplines such as Turkish, Mathematics and Life Science to studentswho continue their education at this level. For this reason, primaryschool curricula contain many curriculums. It is aimed to compare theprimary school curriculum of 2015 and 2017 in this survey. For thispurpose, the data sources of the Turkish Language, Mathematics, LifeScience, Science and Social Sciences courses were published by theMinistry of National Education in 2015 and 2017. In this context, basiccourses in the primary school, such as Turkish, Mathematics, LifeScience, Science, Social Studies course curriculum acquisition, theme,values, skills, measurement approaches and so on. have been examinedand compared. Qualitative research design was adopted in the processof collecting, analyzing and interpreting data in the research, and data were obtained through document review. Document review; Thisincludes the analysis of written materials containing information aboutthe cases or phenomena targeted for investigation. When primaryschool was considered to be the basis of other learning processes, it wasobserved that these curricula were at the forefront with good citizeneducation. It is believed that the work will provide an importantcontribution to the future work on the curriculum.
