| Özet |
| The aim of study was to evaluate in vitro sperm parameters and in vivo fertility in pure lines of Brown laying cocks. In this study, in a total of 42 for 6 pure lines, 7 cocks for each line, 35 weeks age brown laying cocks were used. During research, semen was collected from cocks by abdominal massage method in a total of six times, twice in a week throughout three weeks and semen was examined for spermatological characteristics. Differences among lines were significant (P< 0.001, P< 0.01, P< 0.01) for ejaculate volume, sperm concentration and abnormal sperm, but were found no significant (P> 0.05) for sperm motility, dead sperm and semen pH statistically. Differences among groups were recorded as significant for fertil egg number and rate (fertility) and hatchability and rate of egg (P< 0.001).
