| In the present research, fattening results of 52 heads Simmental crossbred, 29 heads Brown Swiss crossbred, 6 head Simmental bulls and 3 head Brown Swiss bulls were determined and investigated. Average, slaughter weight, carcass weight, and carcass dressing percentage of animals in this research were determined as 560.81±9.65, 590.5±13.5, 470.7±22.7 and 573.0±12.6 kg; 347.65±6.13, 362.77±8.90, 294.30±14.0 and 357.67±7.88 kg; 62.02%, 61.46%, 62.54% and 62.46%, respectively. The effect of breed, and the age of beginning to the fattening on average slaughter weight, warm carcass weight, and warm carcass dressing percentage were statistically significant (P< 0.05). |
