Özet
The efficient and economical use of water in agricultural areas is an extremely important element. Evapotranspiration, which has a very important place in plant-atmosphere cycle, is an indispensable element for agricultural area and planning, construction and operation of the irrigation projects. The study was carried out during the period 2012-2013 in the district Çukurçayır of Kırșehir Province of Turkey. In the study, the evaporation values measured from the Class A Pan were used to determine the irrigation water requirements of the sugar beet grown in Kırșehir conditions. For this purpose, it was used the three different plant-pan coefficients aimed of the water shortage. The actual evapotranspirations of treatments were determined with the gravimetric method.
