Özet
Objective: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) could lead to a decrease in the endometrial HOXA-10 and HOXA 11 expressions HOXA 10 and HOXA 11 are proteinous products of homeobox gene group and play an important role during implantation. The aim of this study was to evaluate endometrial receptivity by measuring HOXA 10, HOXA 11, and LIF gene expressions in women who had polycystic ovary syndrome.Material and Methods: A total 53 women were included into this prospective randomized study. The patients were allocated to two groups: In group 1 (PCOS group), endometrial biopsy was taken from 33 patients. In group 2 (control group), endometrial biopsy was taken from 20 patients.
