Özet |
This study has been done to analyse whether the level of social anxiety of the teacher candidates at faculty of education varies or not according to gender, department, parents education status and placement where s/he grew up. 286 students attending classroom teaching, guidance and counseling, science teaching and turkish language teaching at Ahi Evran University have been included to this research. In this research, to determine the level of social anxiety of the students “Social Anxiety Scale”, to get information about other variables “Personal Information Form” have been used. The data obtained have been evaluated by t-test, variance analysis and LSD test. As a result of research, a significant difference between levels of social anxiety has been found in accordance with the department and maternal education level.
