Özet
Having an important impact in education system, learning-teaching period has been discussed in two dimensions. The most two important of these are learning which directly concerns the individual closely and which is in the period; the other is teaching which includes the organization of warmer in the learning environment enabling learning. In the learning-teaching process, sense organs are under the attack of confusing dimensions continuously coming from the surrounding. Some of these confusing dimensions stem from physical environment, some from the teachers and some from the life of the child. To get rid of these confusing dimensions, teacher should have an effective communication, use his voice up and down during the learning-teaching process and be mobile. The teacher should concretize the abstract elements, teach with games, repeat the important points and give importance the learning to be student-centered and permanent.
