| Özet |
| Nations which change their alphabet with other’s decision and by force without their determination are obliged to seperate from their historical roots and their citizen who speak the same language. The existence of the nations which changed by force is known. When a nation’s language is changed by force cultural thies with post is lost and the native language becames less important. A two thus language user nation formed then national language destroyed. |
