| In 1938, Morrey considered regularity of the solution of elliptic differential equations in terms of the solutions themselves and their derivatives. This is a very famous work by Morrey (see [7]). Later many people studied Morrey spaces from a various point of view. After studying Morrey spaces in detail, people are led to considering the local and global counterpart.
