Özet |
Purpose: Anaerobic performance is important in children's daily activities. Daily activities require more repetitive, severe and brief anaerobic performance rather than continuous aerobic performance. It has been shown that the anaerobic exercise capacity assessed in individuals with chronic respiratory disease is impaired in relation to pulmonary function. However, it is not clearly shown that whether anaerobic exercise capacity is related to pulmonary function, respiratory muscle strength in patients with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD). We aimed to investigate relationship between these outcomes in PCD patients.Materials and Methods: 20 children with PCD (10.55±3.69 yıl, 13F, 7M) were included.
