| Özet |
| Based on both morphology and molecular phyY logeny,! Fr. is classified within the famY ily Pleosporaceae [1]. It is characterized by imY mersed to semi immersed ascomata and nec< covY ered with brown to reddishYbrown setae, lac< of pseudoparaphyses, clavate to saccate asci, usually with a large apical ring, and muriform terete (cylinY drical, frequently circular in section but narrowing to one end) ascospores [2]. Currently 204 species of! are listed in Index Fungorum [3]. Currently! Grove is considered as a synonym of Corda and the generic name Sacc. is illegitimate [3]. HowY ever, the genus contains 13 species as listed in Index Fungorum [3], namely,(Brunaud) Grove, Alcalde,(Roum.) Grove,(Fuc< el) Grove,(Sacc. & Roum.) Grove,(Coo< e) Grove, Grove,(Westend.) Grove,! f.(Westend.) Grove! f (Brunaud) Grove, var.(Westend.) Grove,(Coo< e) Grove, Dias & Sousa da Câmara Of these, only and(with variety and forms) were transfered to the genera and Sacc. respectvely. was introduced by Jaczews< i [4] to accommodate The genus has been placed in a number families in the Ascomycetes. Finally Senanaya< e et al.[5] introduced a new family Pseudomassariaceae to accommodate and. is characterized by immersed perithecia and asci having a wellYdeveloped apical ring and pore [6]. It is closely related particularly by the unequally uniseptate spores. Approximately thirty species are currently classified in this genus. |
