| Özet |
| Egg having highly biological protein value, balanced fatty acid composition as well as rich in vitamins, minerals and phospholipids indispensable food for dinner tables. Egg has been accepted as a symbol of high cholesterol diet for years and its consumption has been a matter of debate for cardiovascular health. For these reasons, declarations and articles emphasizing importance of egg have became a widespread and researches about nutrients and quality of egg have been increased. Reducing applications of egg cholesterol is one of these researches. In this review, it was tried to summarise the studies of plant and plant extracts in layer diet on egg cholesterol in literature. |
