| Özet |
| In this study, obeying some new criterions like financial, legal commercial, administrative, sportive and infrastructural which are depend upon condition, have been studied to give licences that is necessary for taking part in matches for the football clubs by member federations, UEFA and the economic way of Turkish Football. When we study the financial conditions of our football clubs, we’ll see that they aren’t institutionalized; that is they don’t become a company. We believe that, for the measure of the criterions mentioned above, when the football clubs had a system and an order from a dispersed and corrupt order; as the European Football clubs they would come the same level to compete both in economically and the other subjects. |
