| Türkçe Özet | Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde, konut sorunu de toplumsal bir sorun olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu sorun nüfus artışı, düzensiz kentleşme, göç, doğal afet, gelir adaletsizliği, kentsel dönüşüm ihtiyacı gibi bir takım faktörlerden kaynaklanmakta ve politikacıların çözmesi gereken sorunların başında gelmektedir. Bu bağlamda çoğu ülkede olduğu gibi ülkemizde de konut sorunun çözümünde kentsel dönüşüm kapsamında toplu konut üretimi yoluna gidilmektedir. Bahse konu kentsel dönüşüm sonrasında, toplu konutta ikamet eden insanların yapılan konutlara ilişkin algıları dönüşümün sonuçlarını anlamak açısından önemli hale gelmektedir. Yeni evine taşınan insanların ve ailelerin evleri, altyapıları, güvenlik ve ulaşım konularına ve çevresine yönelik memnuniyetleri, eski durumları ile karşılaştırmaları yapılan toplu konut yatırımının getirdiği faydalar veya sıkıntıları ortaya koymak açısından öne taşımaktadır.Bu araştırmanın amacı; kentsel dönüşüm uygulanan Kırşehir Bağbaşı bölgesinde ikamet eden bireylerin kentsel dönüşüm uygulamasına ilişkin memnuniyet düzeylerini incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; söz konusu bölgede ikamet eden bireylerin iştiraki ile bir uygulamagerçekleştirilmiştir. Karma yöntemle gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın verileri anket kullanılarak toplanmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda kentsel dönüşüm uygulaması ile birlikte bireylerin konut, yaşam çevresi ve genel memnuniyet düzeylerinin artış gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte kentsel dönüşüm uygulaması kapsamında; konut kalitesinin düşüklüğü, sosyal donatı alanı yetersizliği, alışveriş mekanlarının eksikliği, yetersiz temizlik, çevre düzenlemesi yetersizliği, yeşil alanların eksikliği ve aidatların yüksekliği hususları iyileştirilmeye ihtiyaç duyulan temel sorun alanları olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede gelecek dönemde yapılacak kentsel dönüşüm uygulamalarına ilişkin memnuniyetin artırılması noktasında; bölge sakinlerinin sürece aktif katılımının sağlanması ve bu hususta teşvik edilmesi, konut kalitesi ile sosyal donatı alanlarını artıracak tedbirler alınması önerilmiştir. |
| İlgilizce Özet | The problem of housing in our country is also a social problem as in the rest of the world. This problem arises from a number of factors such as population growth, irregular urbanization, migration, natural disasters, income injustice, and the need for urban transformation. Because of these factors, housing problem becomes one of the problems that politicians should solve. As in most countries, in our country housing problem has been tried to be solved with mass housing production in the context of urban transformation. Following the urban transformation, the perceptions of the people residing in the housing estate become more important in order to find out the outcomes of urban transformation. In this context, perception of people and families who moved to their new homes, about the factors such as infrastructure, security and transportation issues and the environment, is of great importance in order to compare the old and new situation to reveal the benefits or difficulties of housing investment.The purpose of this research is to examine the satisfaction levels of residents in the urban transformation of Kırşehir Bağbaşı. In accordance with this purpose, a research was carried outwith the participation of individuals residing in the this region. The data of this mixed method research were collected by using questionnaire.As a result of the research, it was determined that the housing, living environment and general satisfaction levels of the individuals increased with the urban transformation. However, poor housing quality, lack of social equipment, lack of shopping spaces, inadequate cleaning, lack of landscaping, lack of green spaces and high dues were identified as the main problem areas that need improvement within the scope of urban transformation. In this context, in order to increase the satisfaction regarding the urban transformation practices in the following period, active participation and encouragement of the residents in the process and taking measures to increase the quality of housing and social facilities have been proposed. |
