| Proje Konusu | GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİTİMİNİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK DÜZEYLERİNE ETKİSİ: KIRŞEHİR ÖRNEĞİ Girişimcilik faaliyetleri, özellikle gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkeler için en önemli ekonomik faaliyetlerden bir tanesidir. Girişimcilik eğitimleri, başarılı girişimciler yetiştirmek ve hangi alanlarda faaliyette bulunacaklarına ışık tutmak amacıyla önem arzetmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, girişimcilik eğitimine katılan kişilerin, almış oldukları eğitimin girişimcilik düzeylerini hangi ölçüde etkilediğini incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Kırşehir ili içerisinde KOSGEP'in verdiği eğitimlere katılan bireyler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında veriler görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde eğitime katılan bireylerin girişimcilik düzeylerinin ne ölçüde etkilendiği ve çeşitli demografik değişkenlerin girişimcilik düzeylerini etkileyip etkilemediği incelenecektir. THE AFFECT OF THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION TO THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP LEVELS: EXAMPLE OF KIRSEHIR Entrepreneurship activityis one of the most important economical activities for especially developed and developing countries. The enterpreneurship educations submits importance in terms of educating successful enterpreneurs and leading them to find the correct area for their enterprise activities. The purpose of this research is to measure the affect of the enterpreneurship education to the people's enterpreneurship level who received the enterpreneurship education. The universe of the research is consisted of the people joined at the educaitons which was organised by KOSGEB (Managership of Support and Development of the Little and Medium sized Enterprises) in Kirsehir. Data within the context of the research is collected by using the sample interview method. At the end of the research, it will be determined that at what level the enterpreneurship level of the enterprenurs who received the education was affected and if the demographic variables affect their enterpreneurship levels or not.
