| Proje Konusu | This study aims to reveal the general features, financial situation, issues related to professional activity and level of work engagement of professional accountants. The level of the work engagement of professional accountants was measured using Utrecht Work Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2003). Collected data will be analyzed by using SPSS software. In conclusion, this study is expected to reveal the relationship between demographic characteristics of professional accountants and their level of work engagement. The study is also expected to guide professional accountants to evaluate the factors affecting their level of work engagement. |
